Hi, I’m Shay

— Founder of Sixth Sense Collective and your go-to Marketing & Operations Unicorn.

But before all this?

I was a small-town girl from Taree with a big work ethic, a whole lot of curiosity, and an unexpected journey into wellness, tech, and business support

She is wearing a sleeveless white dress with mesh cutouts on the sides and blue high-heeled sandals. She is touching her hair with her right hand and looking at the camera. The Real Start Line

Growing up on the Mid North Coast taught me two things early:

💡 Work hard. Try everything.

Whether it was setting up flower stands out the front of the house or planning themed events with my sister, I always had that go-for-it energy. Combine that with the resilience shaped by personal challenges — including a 7-year eating disorder and navigating my mum’s illness during high school — and you’ve got the foundation of everything I believe in today.

✨ That wellness is worth fighting for, and
✨ That business should support your life — not drain it.

From Start-Ups to Shayla Creative & Now Sixth Sense Collective

In 2021, while studying Business & Commerce (Marketing & Finance) and juggling two jobs, I said yes to helping a friend edit eBooks on Canva for their start-up. That "small yes" turned into years of building everything from scratch — websites, funnels, systems, social templates, automations, launch campaigns. You name it, I figured it out and made it happen.

I LOVED it.

After years working in start-ups, accounting firms, and even the disability support space (which taught me a lot about empathy, communication, and systems that actually help people), I finally realised it was time to stop waiting for someone else to hand me a title.

So, I gave myself one.

In August 2024, I registered Shayla Creative.
By November, I was juggling 10–15 hours of client work a week on top of my full-time job.
By June 2025, I made the leap into full-time business.
Three weeks later, I was fully booked.

So What Does We Actually Do?

I’m not “just a VA.”

And I’m not an agency robot.

I’m a strategic partner for health and wellness professionals who are ready to grow — but refuse to burn out doing it.

As your Marketing & Operations Coordinator, I support everything behind the scenes so you can focus on your zone of genius. Whether that’s building a conversion-focused website, designing onboarding flows, crafting opt-in funnels, or getting your backend sorted — I’m here to streamline, elevate, and actually make it fun again.

Why It Matters?

After my own health journey, I knew I wanted to support the people changing lives every day — the coaches, healers, personal trainers, nutritionists, and educators who are here to make a difference.

You’ve got the vision.

I’ve got the structure, the strategy, and the systems to make it scalable.
